    Pharrell Williams Launches $1M Learning Lab for Entrepreneurs

    Pharrell Williams is taking a daring step towards closing the racial equity gap by providing the chance of a lifetime to pick out entrepreneurs.

    By means of his Black Ambition initiative, the Grammy-winner is launching the Fundable Founders Learning Lab, a 10-week digital program to assist increase entrepreneurs throughout Florida. The initiative is a part of a two-year effort to help Florida-based small business owners by offering 500 entrepreneurs within the state with entry to mentorship, capital, networking and coaching by way of the Lab. 

    “This system is open to all entrepreneurs, with a robust emphasis on guaranteeing founders from underrepresented communities are geared up to construct fundable, sustainable ventures,” a press release for the initiative states. 

    Accepted contributors within the Fundable Founders Studying Lab will enroll in 10 weeks of digital classes on advertising, partnerships, buyer improvement, capital technique and extra, led by business consultants. Members can even obtain teaching and mentorship in addition to entry to networking and funding occasions, and to the Black Ambition Community for help and extra funding alternatives.

    Black Ambition is a non-profit founded by Williams in 2020 to help entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities who’re “constructing the businesses of tomorrow.” Since its inception, Black Ambition has supported over 1,000 founders and awarded almost $13 million in funding. 

    The non-profit org teamed up with Black-owned ecommerce manufacturers, Codner & Co. and ACT Home to assist deliver the brand new Studying Lab to life. The Lab can also be funded by a $1 million funding from an nameless donor.
