    Father Says His 11-Year-Old Daughter was Beaten and Dragged at School By Her Bully’s Mom

    Nationwide — William Spencer, an African American father from Clairton, Pennsylvania, says his 11-year-old daughter was attacked outdoors Clairton Elementary Faculty by the mom of a 7-year-old boy who had been bullying her. The assault occurred on April 1 and left the woman with a concussion and blurred imaginative and prescient.

    Spencer stated the bullying started throughout a video chat final month. He reported the difficulty to the varsity principal and requested a gathering with the boy’s dad and mom. As an alternative of decision, he stated the harassment acquired worse. His daughter started receiving threatening textual content messages shortly after.

    “It’s horrible, the bullying is horrible and whenever you attain out to attempt to be civil, it fails,” he advised KWTX.

    Issues escalated when 40-year-old Jasmine Snow, the boy’s mom, allegedly attacked Spencer’s daughter outdoors the varsity. Surveillance footage confirmed Snow hitting the woman within the face, shoving her to the bottom, and dragging her. A witness stopped the assault, and Snow drove away.

    Spencer stated his daughter is now recovering from a concussion and blurred imaginative and prescient in a single eye. He hopes her eyesight returns to regular. After the incident, he withdrew her from the Clairton Faculty District.

    Police have charged Snow with assault and harassment. The college district stated it’s cooperating with the investigation however declined to remark additional because of the ongoing police case. They added that pupil security stays a prime precedence.
