Owen Hayes, the varsity baseball participant who cops say beat the crap out of an 84-year-old man at a California bar, is no longer enrolled at his school.
Hayes was participating in baseball at The Grasp’s School in Santa Clarita, CA up until this week, when he surrendered to authorities on the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station and was booked on a value of felony assault.

In an announcement to TMZ, the varsity says … “The particular person in question no longer attends The Grasp’s School. The School takes all violations of its necessities and biblical convictions critically.”
TMU is a private, non-denominational Christian school and the School gives … “When violations occur, we adjust to established procedures to verify acceptable movement is decisively taken. We’re grateful that such habits is exceedingly unusual amongst our school college students, who come to TMU because of they need to honor the Lord.”
Hayes is clearly no longer participating in school baseball for TMU after leaving the varsity and his participant profile from the TMU baseball on-line roster has been eradicated.
As we reported … video from inside a Santa Clarita dive bar Doc’s Inn, reveals an individual — who cops say is Hayes — dashing up behind a geriatric purchaser and knocking him to the bottom with a punch.
The sufferer, who employees on the bar inform us was a each day, was reportedly knocked unconscious and hospitalized.
