Nationwide — Karon Corbin, a church day care employee from Spartanburg, South Carolina, was allegedly caught on video throwing a toddler to the ground throughout nap time. She has since been fired and is now going through a legal cost.
On March 31, Corbin was seen on safety footage from First Baptist Church Spartanburg choosing up a three-year-old by the arm and tossing the kid to the ground. Moments later, she seems to carry the kid once more and throw them face down onto a nap mat.
Authorities stated the kid didn’t maintain any accidents in the course of the incident, based on WLBT.
After the day care director reviewed the footage, Corbin was fired and the incident was reported to the Division of Social Companies (DSS). A legal investigation adopted, and Corbin was charged with unlawfully putting a baby liable to hurt.
