    Family Identifies Black Man Killed in Atlanta After Tree Fell on His Home During Storms

    Nationwide — Edward Johnson, an African American man in his 60s from Atlanta, Georgia, tragically died when a big tree fell on his dwelling throughout extreme storms within the Grove Park neighborhood. Emergency respondents arrived rapidly however discovered him trapped and unresponsive.

    The incident occurred simply earlier than 5 a.m. on Sunday as robust storms hit the Westside of Atlanta. Capt. Scott Powell of Atlanta Fireplace stated the tree was extraordinarily massive and fell on the nook of the home on Matilda Place NW. Johnson’s spouse later recognized him.
